19-3638. Fire districts; audits; costs. The board of county commissioners of any county may order an audit of any fire district located within the county created under article 15 of chapter 80 or article 36 of chapter 19 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto. The township or townships which comprise the fire district shall be responsible for payment of the cost of the audit.
