25-1710. Penalties for violating 25-1709 and 25-1710. Any corporation which violates any of the provisions of this act shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than ten thousand dollars, and any officer, director, or agent of a corporation violating any of the provisions of this act, or who authorizes such violation, or any person who violates, or in any way knowingly aids or abets the violation of any of the provisions of this act, shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars.
