Senator Pyle withdrew the amendment he proposed at the Feb. 15 committee meeting.
Senator Billinger proposed a balloon amendment which explained by Tamera Lawrence from the Revisor's Office.(Attachment 1)
Senator Billinger moved and Senator Rogers seconded the balloon amendment. Motion carried.
Senator Estes moved and Senator Berger seconded SB60 as amended be recommended for passage. Motion carried.
