Chairperson Bowers opened final action on SB351. Charles Reimer, staff revisor, reviewed the bill.
Senator Braun moved, Senator Hardy seconded to open SB351 for final action. With no objection, final action continued.
Senator Braun distributed a balloon amendment and discussed the proposed changes. (Attachment 1)
Senator Braun moved, Senator Hardy seconded, to adopt the proposed amendment. Motion carried. Senator Francisco voted no and requested her vote recorded.
Senator Denning moved, Senator Hardy seconded, to recommend SB351 as amended, favorably for passage. Motion carried.
