Chairman Longbine opened the hearing on SB178.  Eileen Ma, Assistant Revisor, Kansas Revisor of Statutes Office (ROS), presented an overview of the bill.  (Attachment 1)

Melissa Wangemann, General Counsel, Office of the State Bank Commissioner (OSBC) spoke in support of the bill. (Attachment 2)
