Chairperson Warren called for discussion and final action on HB2075.
Senator Warren reviewed HB2075 and presented a technical amendment changing the dates "2020" to "2021" in the referenced statute. Senator Warren responded to questions. (Attachment 1)
Senator Gossage moved, Senator Baumgardner seconded, to adopt the amendment. The motion carried.
Senator Baumgardner moved, Senator Gossage seconded, to recommend HB2075 favorably for passage, as amended. The motion carried.
