Chairperson Kerschen opened the hearing on SSB451
Tamera Lawrence with the Revisor of Statutes Office provided a memorandum and explained the bill. (Attachment 1)
Chairperson Kerschen called on Secretary Brad Loveless to testify in support of the bill. Due to technical difficulties, Secretary Loveless was not able to communicate with the committee through Webex.(Attachment 2)
Chairperson Kerschen then suspended the hearing on SB451 and told the committee that it would be addressed later in the meeting.
