Representative Owens moved, Representative Patton seconded, to adopt the amendment to add the contents of SB368 into SB385. The motion carried.
Representative Smith moved, Representative Howerton seconded, to recommend SB385 as amended, favorably for passage. The motion carried.
Representatives Highberger, Carmichael, and French requested their "aye" vote be recorded.
