44-1117. (a) No person shall willfully resist, prevent, impede or interfere with the commission or any of its members or representatives in the performance of duty under this act or shall willfully violate any order of the commission. (b) Violation of this section is a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than one year or by a fine of not more than $500, or both. (c) Lawful use of procedures for review of a commission order shall not be considered a violation of this section. |
